Pinterest for brands : opportunity or fad?




Some slides created with Jean Noel Chaintreuil & myself about Pinterest.com, the new trendy social media platform. Pinterest is a Virtual Pinboard. With Pinterest, you can organize and share all the beautiful things you find on the web = an Information Gathering Tool = a curation platform . People use pinboards to plan their weddings, decorate their homes, and organize their favorite recipes.
While mainly use by women, the growth of Pinterest is amazing with more than 11M users! We tried to summarize in these slides the principles, key figures & opportunities for brands...
