It was really nice to meet around 40 bloggers in Differdange lats saturday during Blogdelux, the first meeting of bloggers in Luxembourg. Thanks again to all the coorganizers and the one who supported us (bloggers, media,...). Hope to see the next edition coming soon...
Lola2lux made quite a good summary of the event there. But many other published feedback such as Jean-Jacques (ex french amabassador with a real wisedom and interesting questions about the blog phenomenon), Jean-Christophe Dupuis-Rémond (blogger and journalist for France3), Thorben (Luxembourgish blogger and now TV star ;) ). I had a long and interesting talk with Joël but time was a bit too short to have enough time to exhange with everyone such as Laurent, Frederico, Anekdote.net, Moijuju or missKitty (in visit from Geneva),... Atryu came from Belgium and shot amazing pictures that you can watch here. Stéphane Tauziede made a cool videocast and a nice summary of the event. and is inviting bloggers who want to learn how to podcast to contact him.
Weytjens or Pinto, Carlos Roso et Raùl Reis (Luxembourgo Officioso) have published a report in Portuguese, while Arnolux, Vincent (aka Droopy), Metzblog, Vanou, Paulo Lobo choosed French.
Media didn't forgot to show up... have a look at the videos shot by RTL TV :
By Tango TV :
Or France 3:
Press was there too with Contacto, the newspaper of the portuguese community.
To conclude, that was a great opportunity to meet lots of new faces or to put a face on a blog. As always there is room from improvement... Languages is definitely a challenge in Luxembourg but I believe enthousiasm and open mindeness are great enablers. Blogdelux blog is now open and we will try to publish interviews and info about the blogosphere from Luxembourg and the surroundings countries (Belgium, France, gerany > The great region). Feel free to contact us with ideas and suggestions for the site or the next event.
Nice report and very complete. It was really a great meeting and i hope that it will occur soon.
